Northumbria Healthcare’s Digital Services team provides all of the technology and technical development to assist in the current electronic systems and the development and delivery of the drive to be paper-free at the point of care.
Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinates administrative and secretarial services, providing professional, timely, effective, and efficient support to the heads of service.
2. Coordinates administrative services across various meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes, and taking appropriate follow-up action as required.
3. Supervises and coordinates administrative staff within the digital services department.
4. Undertakes the management of projects and gathers information and/or undertakes inquiries.
5. Supports constitutional groups, including coordination of the yearly plan of meetings, booking venues, preparation of agenda/supporting papers, taking minutes, and taking relevant follow-up action.
6. Works in close collaboration with members of the senior management team as well as senior managers of client organizations.
7. Demonstrates the core values and behaviors of the Trust.
8. Deputizes for the Senior Executive Assistant & Office Manager.
9. Responsible for organizing and administering meetings for the heads of service.
10. Formulates agendas for Board and Sub-Group meetings and manages the receipt and coordination of agenda and documents within exacting timescales.
