Encourage Student Participation: Motivate students to participate actively in lessons, helping them to build confidence and social skills. Assist with Classroom Management: Help maintain a structured, respectful classroom atmosphere that supports learning. Observe and Report on Student Progress: Monitor individual student progress and share observations with the teacher to inform future lesson planning. Qualifications: Prior experience as a TA in primary school is ideal, though a relevant qualification is also valuable. Understanding of child development stages to help tailor support according to each students needs. Ability to engage and interact positively with children, teachers, and parents.
