My Telford based distribution client are looking for a Sales & Purchasing Administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
You will be responsible for supporting the business operations in providing exceptional service to our customers & suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of technical products and services, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service, coupled with the desire to ensure the daily operations required by the company to succeed are carried out in a professional manner and to a high standard.
Duties include:
* Responding to customer enquiries and provide information on products in a timely and professional manner.
* Process customer orders on CRM system (AS400)
* Manage queries in a timely manor.
* Provide information on product availability and pricing to customers that call in to the office.
* Support the sales team in managing customer accounts
* Assist in the purchasing of stock from HQ in France, along with other suppliers are used.
* Assist with booking in of deliveries.
* Liaise with warehouse team to investigate any issues with deliveries or picks.
* Processing customer returns and credits.
* Process final invoices from various suppliers.
* Complete relevant paperwork and processes for exporting goods to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
