Package:
Up to £34,000 depending on experience and £2000 bonus.

What we are looking for:
1. You are friendly and welcoming with an ability to make our guests feel at home in your store.
2. You will lead from the front and inspire your teams to provide a high level of experience.
3. You are already an Assistant Manager looking for a new challenge or a Team Leader/Supervisor seeking the next step in your career.
4. Experience in hospitality with a drive to perform and resilience to cope with a fast-paced environment.
5. Great communication skills to engage with teams and guests.
6. Ability to inspire and engage your team to perform brilliantly.
A Day in a Life:
1. Running the shift and being responsible for the store in the General Manager's absence.
2. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the team is deployed effectively.
3. Acting as a role model and brand ambassador for Ole and Steen.
4. Driving the achievement of sales and other KPIs set by your General Manager.
5. Providing clear handover during shift changes and ensuring action plans are recorded and achieved.
6. Demonstrating high standards of bakery and personal presentation.
7. Assisting in training and supporting new team members.
8. Opening/closing the store in line with company standards.
9. Learning new skills and growing with us.
