Responsibilities:
1. Managing service charge reconciliations and year-end accounts for commercial and residential properties.
2. Maintaining property management systems like Tramps or Yardi Voyager for lease setup, terminations, and rent reviews.
3. Overseeing financial reports, tenant demands, receipts, and client reporting.
4. Leading and mentoring junior accountants, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
5. Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to meet KPIs.
6. Preparing and reviewing service charge budgets, financial reports, and tenant accounts.
7. Ensuring compliance with property accounting standards and timelines.
Requirements:
1. Experience in Client Accounting: Managing service charge accounts, rent reconciliations, and financial reporting.
2. Proficiency in software like TRAMPS, Yardi Voyager, or Qube.
3. Ability to manage and mentor junior accountants, ensuring KPIs are met.
4. Advanced Excel skills, experience with service charge budgets, and year-end reconciliations.
5. Clear communication with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate financial insights and reports.
6. Ensuring compliance with financial standards and deadlines.
