About the Role: We are seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to contribute to our dynamic Architecture and Planning team. This is an ideal position for an ambitious professional looking to progress towards chartered status and gain valuable experience across diverse project types.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of detailed architectural design proposals
Produce technical drawings and documentation using Revit and other CAD software
Contribute to project design development and technical resolution
Support senior architects in preparing planning and building regulation submissions
Participate in client meetings and project presentations
Engage in quality control and design coordinationEssential Requirements:
Part 2 Architectural Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Strong technical drawing and design skills
Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
Demonstrable understanding of building regulations and construction technology
Portfolio showcasing design and technical capabilitiesDesirable:
Experience in commercial or public sector projects
Sustainable design knowledge
Familiarity with BIM processes
