Job Description
In this role, you will support the development and execution of the YAF strategy in GB.
Working as part of the YAF team and in collaboration with the Sales and technical team, you will provide technical sales support for customers, including training and in-field support for farmer customers.
In line with the agreed customer strategy, provide on-farm technical support, including dual calling with customer sales teams to support sales and complaint resolution. You will deliver high-quality support for the YAF portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
* Sales Profit Growth: Achieving annual sales volume and profit targets for the YAF portfolio working with the sales team & execution of the YAF technical and commercial strategy.
* Customer Support: Help to develop the customer’s YAF strategy and support its execution in line with Trouw YAF strategy.
* Training: Training of customer sales teams.
* Farmer Technical Advice: Farmer technical advice and support.
* Complaint Resolution: Complaint resolution.
* Leadership: Enhancing Trouw Nutrition’s leadership for YAF sustainable solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will be degree qualified with strong knowledge of calf nutrition and sustainable animal production, as well as experience in supporting customers and providing on-farm technical support.
Communicating with people across all areas of the business, as well as with customers and farmers, you must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills.
