The Person: A successful candidate should have, Good knowledge of AWS in general Excellent knowledge of Linux Basic understanding of Windows and common services (IIS, Active Directory, etc) Good understanding of networking concepts System administration skills Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Cloud Formation ideally, but Terraform relevant experience is also fine Configuration management - Chef ideally, but Ansible/Puppet relevant experience is also fine Strong understanding of foundational AWS services (VPC, IAM, ELB, ECS, EC2, RDS) Ability to code in at least one scripting language (bash, Python, Ruby, Go) Experience building containers (Docker) Must be able to be on the on-call rota approximately once a month Ability to relay technical concepts to non-technical people Be a team player excellent communication skills Desirable requirements Hold one or more of the following AWS certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Associate, AWS Developer Associate, AWS SysOps Associate Our Culture We’re an energic fast-paced brand that embraces progress and strives for innovation.
