Paid Social Campaigns: Strategise, execute, and manage high-budget campaigns across Meta, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. Have extensive experience in crafting compelling visuals and copy that align with the brand. PPC Expertise: Optimise campaigns on Google Ads and other PPC platforms to maximise reach and minimize costs. Leverage performance data to refine strategies and deliver exceptional ROI. Ensure optimal budget allocation to achieve KPI's such as ROAS, COL and CAC. Market Research & Audience Targeting: Analyse market trends and use data-driven insights to develop custom and lookalike audiences. Define marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Build and inspire a high-performing team of marketing professionals. Work cross-functionally to ensure a unified and cohesive marketing approach. Performance Analysis & Budget Management: Monitor campaign metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Efficiently manage six-figure budgets to achieve and exceed KPIs. Proven experience in handling large advertising budgets (£100,000's monthly) Requirements & Skills: Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer, Senior Marketing Manager, or similar role. 3-5 years of experience managing high-budget paid social and PPC campaigns with evidence of success. Expertise with platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads. Solid understanding of market research, data analysis, and marketing technology. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Creative thinker with a track record of crafting high-performing ad creatives. Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to foster collaboration. BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MSc/MA preferred).
