Service Project Coordinator to join our Network Operations (Health) team!
Our mission? To switch up the status quo and become the UK’s leading out-of-home business. With a fast-growing network of thousands of smart lockers, hundreds of leading retail partners and the launch of our InPost collection points, we’re bringing freedom to anyone with a parcel.

Our team is packed full of top-notch experts in e-commerce, technology, scale-up growth, sustainability, logistics and supply-chain. We’re a passionate bunch and expectations are high, but we’re team players – collaborating, supporting, and leaving egos at the door.
What you’ll be doing:
* Planning and managing service projects, including tasks, resources, schedules, and budgets.
* Managing project delivery, including progress, and resolving functional or technical issues.
* Providing technical and operational support throughout project stages.
* Selecting, organising, and supervising project teams whilst liaising closely with counterparts in Poland.
* Conducting implementations and technical training for colleagues and subcontractors.
* Improving service procedures and actions whilst contributing to the development and efficiencies of parcel machine solutions.
* Reporting evaluations and analysis on departmental and APM network operations.
* Ensuring quality control and setting service department standards.
* Monitoring and enhancing the efficiency of the parcel machine network.
What we need from you:
We’re looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future. We’re looking for people with drive and natural curiosity – who want to do things differently. And do them brilliantly.
In addition...
* Proven experience delivering complex service projects across multiple teams. Familiarity with APMs or in the service space is a bonus.
* Proven leadership experience, challenging and supporting cross functional teams whilst holding accountability.
* Ability to oversee large-scale projects, delivering to tight deadlines whilst ensuring quality, and efficiency.
* Expertise in troubleshooting and implementing long-term solutions for technical challenges.
* Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with experience in technical training and team development.
* Skilled in stakeholder and subcontractor management for smooth project execution.
* Deep knowledge electromechanics and IT tools, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
* Strong organisational and project management skills to optimise resources and ensure successful outcomes.
