QSHE & Energy Business Partner / Quality Safety Health & Environment Advisor
We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience in a similar QA / Quality / HSE / QHSE / Energy / Environmental role within the scaffolding industry (both commercial and industrial) and holds a valid NEBOSH certificate and IOSH membership.
SALARY:
Negotiable (dependent on experience) + Benefits
LOCATION:
Hybrid working from home and the office based in Derby (DE24), providing support to Midlands and South East England.

WORKING HOURS:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

JOB OVERVIEW:
As the QSHE & Energy Business Partner / Quality Safety Health & Environment Advisor, you will coordinate, support, and advise the business on all aspects of Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Energy. You will establish, manage, and monitor standards, processes, communications, training, and systems to ensure compliance with QSHE and energy responsibilities.
DUTIES:
Your duties will include:
1. Providing guidance and support on QA related topics.
2. Coordinating the preparation and implementation of the QSHE Integrated Management System.
3. Supporting the monitoring and implementation of Quality Plans and Quality Control Plans.
4. Coordinating and completing QA training.
5. Implementing QSHE Internal Audit and Supplier Audit Programmes.
6. Participating in audits and compiling QA audit reports.
7. Registering, actioning, and closing out NCRs and CARs.
8. Inspecting built scaffolding erections at height.
9. Providing guidance on SHE related topics.
10. Preparing and implementing QSHE Integrated Management System support documents.
11. Conducting QSHE audits and compiling reports.
12. Maintaining QSHE records and providing monthly statistical information.
13. Managing the company accident/incident reporting process.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
1. Previous experience working in the scaffolding industry.
2. A valid NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
3. Professional membership of IOSH.
4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
6. Good time management and computer literacy.
