Position: Marketing Executive - Customer Communication
Location: Crewe, CW1 6DB
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 05:00pm
Radius Payment Solutions are a leading Global Fleet Management Company who offer services in the Fuel, Telematics, Telecoms and Insurance industries. Our wide range of products includes Fuel Cards, Vehicle Tracking Devices and Phone Tariffs. We are a successful growing global company with offices across 15 countries.
We are looking for a marketing executive to join our emerging business units marketing team. This role will suit a person with experience working in a B2B marketing environment with experience or interest in customer communication.
Responsibilities:
* Building our in-life communication channels across our 5 business units from onboard through to renewal and resign.
* Focusing on generating upsell opportunities through campaigns and product awareness.
* Creating Salesforce email templates for our sales staff.
* Working with sales and customer support teams to deliver a consistent experience for customers.
* Implementing customer retention strategies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and product adoption.
Minimum Requirements:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience, ideally in Marketing.
* Experience in a business-to-business environment (desirable).
* An understanding of Salesforce / Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
* Strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail.
* Some HTML experience or desire to learn.
* A natural people person, who will proactively engage and drive content creation across the business and engage with all stakeholders. Ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
* Strong team player able to show initiative.
* PC literate, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills a must.
