This opportunity offers a hybrid working model with 2 days working in the office.
Role responsibilities:-
* Strategic Planning
* Marketing communication strategy
* Marketing activation through PR, media, digital, merchandising and social media
* Deliver marketing plan with key agency partners
* Manage campaigns and measure their effectiveness
* Product line management and pricing
* Trade Marketing and Sales support
* Develop Uk Sales presentations to support sales team
* Over see product sample management
* Develop strong retail marketing and buying relationships
* Showroom, Trade fair and exhibition management
* Budget Management
The ideal candidate will have:-
* Educated to Degree Level in Business/Management
* Experience in the full marketing role
* Knowledge of the toy industry would be an advantage
* 5 years Brand management experience within consumer goods
* Product line and price management experience
Skills Required
* Excellent organisational skills
* Drive and passion for consumer brands and retail
* Good communication at all levels
* Level-headed and able to work under pressure
* Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Location - Milton Keynes - hybrid working model, 2 days in the office
Hours of work - 8.30am - 5.00pm
Salary - 63500 - 73500
