Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare and pre-hospital care sector, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth, penetrate new markets, and expand Medic 365’s footprint. Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants and marketing team to align efforts and optimise client delivery. Key Requirements: Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in a senior sales or business development role, ideally within recruitment or healthcare staffing. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the pre-hospital care sector, including the challenges and opportunities within healthcare staffing. Business Acumen: Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals and foster long-term partnerships. Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present at all levels. Results-Driven: A proactive and ambitious individual, focused on driving results and achieving growth.
