Anderson Knight is hiring an Administrator on a 4 Month FTC for our client based in Glasgow.
The Final Balance Support Administrator will assist the Recoveries team with general administrative tasks, including data entry, updating the internal case management system, and managing mailbox updates.
All tasks will be carried out in alignment with business standards and expectations.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: £23,000
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting the team with administrative tasks, including routine and new data entry updates.
• Updating the case management system and Excel trackers with accurate information collected from internal and external sources.
• Reconciling data outputs daily.
• Conducting trace investigations using multiple digital channels.
• Performing regular data backups to prevent loss.
• Ensuring case management details are accurately aligned with the appropriate campaign to support outbound strategy execution.
• Reviewing data for errors or missing information and resolving discrepancies before submission to management.
• Generating reports as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively.
• Experience handling customer enquiries in both written and verbal formats.
