We're excited to offer the opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic co-ordinator to join our dynamic Simulation Team in HEIW. As the Simulation Team Support and Development Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the 'All-Wales Simulation-Based Education and Training Strategy for the Healthcare Workforce'.
We're looking for a self-motivated, organised individual with a proactive approach to problem solving to provide high level project and administrative support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. In this varied role, you'll have the chance to work across all areas of the team co-ordinating a range of activities including event planning, course organisation and information analysis.
Main duties of the job
To support the Simulation team in the planning and delivery of the 'All-Wales Simulation-Based Education and Training Strategy for the Healthcare Workforce'.
To lead on activities relating to the organisation and delivery of simulation team events, courses and meetings, including the Simulation Faculty Development programme and Immersive Technologies project, for a range of healthcare professionals across Wales.
To develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders and provide comprehensive project and administrative support and advice to the Simulation Team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
