Your Role: As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with experienced staff to create an engaging and nurturing environment for children. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Monitoring and recording children's development and progress Establishing positive relationships with children and their families Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment Providing emotional support and comfort when required Collaborating with the team to foster a vibrant learning space Key Requirements: Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting (preferred) Sound understanding of the EYFS framework Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for fostering early childhood development Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
