I have a superb opportunity for an experienced and driven recruitment consultant to join my team in the Middlesbrough office. The role will primarily be focused on SEND business development and recruitment, with the account management of some of the office's key clients.
Connex Education North East has been running since 2021 and has continued to go from strength to strength thanks to the outstanding team we have in place. I’m now looking for a new recruitment consultant to join them and help grow and elevate our SEND business to the next level.

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with our local schools, sourcing suitable candidates, and building your business through strategic business development and key account management. Going above and beyond for your schools and candidates is key to your success, so we are looking for someone who really cares about the service they provide.
Previous experience within recruitment, business development, or business-to-business sales is essential for this role, as is an understanding of SEND. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of working and thriving in a target-driven environment, and only CVs which clearly outline this will be considered.
