As a Headteacher, you will provide effective leadership and management of the school, ensuring it meets its aims and objectives and operates within the overall strategy and guidelines of Acorn Education.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, creative learning experiences that meet the educational needs of pupils
* M Maximise pupil achievement and their ability to develop
* Promote a safe environment that protects the welfare of pupils and staff
* Meet statutory requirements as defined by the DfE, Ofsted, and other external bodies
* Achieve outstanding outcomes for pupils and young people
Requirements
* At least three years' experience as a senior leader in a specialist school for pupils with complex communication needs
* Qualified Teacher Status or Equivalent
* Willingness to extend personal and professional development
* Appreciation and understanding of leadership and management processes contributing to pupil outcomes, staff motivation, keeping pupils safe, filling the school with pupils, managing costs, meeting regulatory requirements, and applying growth plans
