We’re looking for an experienced Senior Process Manager to lead our Process Development team, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple customer product launches across our sites. You’ll oversee projects from approval to post-launch review, driving efficiency, innovation, and excellence in our yogurt, dessert, and ice cream ranges. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the Process Development team to deliver NPD/EPD projects on time and to the highest standards. Optimize existing processes and develop new ones to enhance product quality and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical, Sourcing, Operations) to align projects with business strategies. Manage customer relationships, ensuring a "customer-intimate" approach and resolving technical challenges. Drive cost reductions and profitability improvements while maintaining compliance with BRC, ISO, and legislative standards. Mentor and coach Process Managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Sounds interesting, what do I need? Essential Skills & Experience: Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of dairy product processing (yogurt, desserts, ice cream) and ingredient functionality. Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple NPD projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and optimizing resources. Leadership: Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams. Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills to address technical challenges and implement solutions. Communication: Ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: Food-related qualification or 8 years in food NPD, preferably in dairy, desserts, or ice cream. Desirable Skills: Retailer brand and process knowledge. Experience in large-scale capital projects. Familiarity with HACCP and food production standards. Personal Attributes Detail-oriented, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
