Main duties of the job
Duty Doctor/Tel Triage sessions/F2Fsessions - shared based on number of sessions worked per week.
House call(s) shared daily - bookedvia the acute visiting service if meets criteria.
Path links - GP own generated onesand share of any unmatched/Path links for GP's on leave.
Prescription re-authorisations andmedication reviews - These will be directed when covering a duty doctor sessionvia practice pharmacists/medicines management team or reception staff.
Clinical paperwork - equal share toall GP's on the day.
Completion of tasks sent directly toGP on clinical computer system.
Emails urgent and non-urgent-whencovering duty doctor session.
Teaching medical students.
Signing of cremation papers - chequespayable to the Practice.
Actively contribute to QOF and otherpractice incentives.
Attend weekly GP clinical meetingsand Educational Events organised by the practice.
Attend professional training eventsand complete mandatory training as per practice training protocol. safeguarding, Governance, CPR.

1. Fully qualified General Practitioner.
