Are you an experienced HR administrator looking for a dynamic role where you can make an impact? Join us as a People Services Assistant on a maternity cover contract and be part of an exciting period of transformation!
As we embark on the implementation of a new HR, Payroll & LMS system, this role will not only involve day-to-day HR administration but also offer the chance to contribute to shaping new ways of working.
What You’ll Do
1. Provide vital administrative support across the People Services team, spanning the employee life cycle.
2. Maintain accurate HR data and records, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
3. Assist with onboarding and induction, creating a seamless experience for new employees.
4. Support payroll processes, leave calculations, and financial administration.
5. Play a key role in the transition to our new HR systems, driving digital transformation.
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience in HR administration, with excellent attention to detail.
2. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
3. A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement.
4. CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is desirable.
