An experienced building services provider is seeking a Contracts & Small Works Manager to oversee the delivery of small M&E projects and identify new opportunities. The Contracts & Small Works Manager will need to have a proven track record of managing multi-site Hard FM maintenance contracts, have strong relationship building skills, and have a relevant technical background.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients to secure additional revenue opportunities
* Identify and pursue new leads to grow client base and revenue streams
* Meet/exceed sales targets for quoted works
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
* Plan and manage small M&E projects with a focus on timely, high-quality delivery
* Optimise project delivery processes
* Monitor project performance
* Address project challenges proactively
* Conduct post-project evaluations
* Manage and support colleagues and contractors
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of planned and reactive M&E services
* Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and identify training needs
* Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards
* Prepare/manage budgets for contracts / projects
* Conduct regular client meetings
* Compile and analyse KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
* Ensure full statutory compliance across all contracts and projects
Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Essential:
* A proven track record of managing multi-site Hard FM maintenance contracts
* Demonstrable success in driving sales and building strong client relationships
* Supervisory experience with a solid technical background relevant to this role
* Experience managing small works, projects and delivering financial targets
* Advanced IT proficiency
* Full UK driving licence
* Eligibility for a DBS disclosure
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail
* Analytical and financial acumen to maximise project profitability
* A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and sales development
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel as required
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
