OVERVIEW:
• The client is looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in handling a varied caseload of employment claims
• You will be responsible for handling a varied complexity caseload of employment claims from the initial instruction until the final hearing and beyond
• The appointed candidate will be progressing claims in a timely manner whilst providing accurate and clear legal advice and handle clients’ expectations
• You will be responsible for the supervision of other junior employment lawyers in the team and use your expertise to provide further support and guidance throughout the litigation process
• Deep knowledge and understanding of employment law and Employment Tribunal procedures is required
• This is a full-time position offered on hybrid basis (3 days from home)
