History Teacher - Romford (Outer London Pay Scale)
Teaching Personnel's PWR team seek a dynamic and engaging History Teacher for a thriving and supportive secondary school in Romford. This is a chance to bring history to life for students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of the past. Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and challenging history lessons, incorporating a variety of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
* Develop students' critical thinking and analytical skills, encouraging them to question and explore historical events.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies to support individual development.
* Contribute to the development of the school's history curriculum and extracurricular activities.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and effective approach to teaching and learning.
* Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and engagement.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
