Sales Administrator- required!!!
My client is a Main Car Dealership who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their existing team.
Sales Administrator Role
1. Ensure that all sales from stock are withdrawn from stock records and that necessary actions are taken to ensure vehicle adoption and payment for new vehicles
2. Locate sold orders not in stock and order or arrange necessary transfer and payment, in line with commitment to customer notifying sales person of any anticipated shortfalls
3. Process all requests for vehicles to be transferred out ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete, vehicles removed from stock lists and any necessary payments received
4. Monitor the receipt of vehicle deliveries to ensure that they are in line with orders made and vehicle details are added to vehicle stock records
5. We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our friendly team.
6. You will be responsible for processing customer files and invoices, you’ll make sure that our stock information is up to date as well as maintain records and an accurate filing system.
7. You’ll build effective relationship with suppliers, colleagues, trade and retail customers and assist other departments in ensuring the effective supply of vehicles.
8. Some product knowledge would be an advantage but more important will be your attention to detail.
9. Prepare general correspondence as requested
Sales Administrator – Requirements:
10. You will need to be highly organised
11. Excellent computer skills.
12. Full driving licence
