Job overview We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Band 5 RMN Nurse to Work On Chartwell Ward. We are looking for a Mental Health Nurse to join our amazing team. We are currently an 18-bed female Younger Adults Acute inpatient service. We are looking for a hard-working, kind, caring, compassionate individual to help make our patients feel heard and valued. The Acute Services serves the community of Kent with assessment and treatment of adults of working age who are suffering from acute mental illnesses. This is a challenging yet rewarding environment and requires excellent organisation skills and the ability to use initiative. As well as working effectively within an experienced and knowledgeable nursing and medical team. Main duties of the job Carry out comprehensive, systematic nursing assessments that take account of relevant mental, physical, social, cultural, psychological, spiritual, and environmental factors, in partnership with the patient and others through interaction, observation and measurement. Work collaboratively with other disciplines, patients and their carers to agree a holistic person-centred care plan that addresses the needs identified through assessment. To deliver and evaluate safe, competent patient-centred care in partnership with the service user and their carers to support recovery.
