Working closely with the Leadership Team to lead, plan and deliver priorities for the business area, including activities supporting Regional culture, and future workforce planning.
Drive effective management of recruitment activities, training & development, organisational change, and vital HR support functions.
Lead on providing mandatory training and HR assurance; reporting on completion rates and reviewing innovative ways to improve Regional performance.
Manage co-ordination and delivery of the Regions training, ensuring effective prioritisation of critical requirements, and budget management for in-house and external training.
Facilitate effective governance and management of Regional Establishment Committee.
Lead in creation of monthly briefs to Hd of SERP and Regional SLT, to ensure the Regions financial commitment to Workforce Tool Return is completed, communicated, and understood by all.
Development of In-Year awards, and additional reward and recognition activities, to further celebrate the positive culture of SERP.
Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on recruitment processes and issues, working closely with our HR Business Partners.
Be the Regional Engagement Champion, supporting the engagement champions network and leading on the development and delivery of our Engagement Action Plan.
Innovation and development of Workforce Planning, and Business Management, including improved utilisation of IT tools.
