You will play a vital role in supporting a Financial Adviser that takes a holistic approach providing comprehensive financial/Tax planning services to a wide client portfolio. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, conduct research, and assist in the development of personalised financial plans. Role of the Financial Administrator: Responsible for providing administrative support for a range of financial products including Personal Pensions, ISAs, Investment Bonds and SIPPS Liaising with providers to obtain quotes, cost comparison and preparing paperwork ready for client meetings Responsible for utilising various platforms to research, collate data, scenario planning etc Answering the phone, taking messages, dealing with client queries and booking appointments Gathering fund fact sheets, performing income schedules and preparing bespoke valuations Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
