Our client’s Residential Conveyancing team is seeking a skilled professional to join their team and provide essential support in handling a diverse caseload.
The successful candidate will assist Fee Earners in managing conveyancing matters, ensuring efficient progression of cases, and contributing to the continued success of the team.

What will be expected from you?
1. Assist in managing client instructions and help progress matters to completion under the supervision of Fee Earners.
2. Provide essential support in managing an allocated caseload, including document preparation, client communications, and file management.
3. Ensure high standards of administration, time recording, and accounting are maintained.
4. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth case progression.
5. Assist with the completion of standard conveyancing documents and contracts.
6. Identify cross-selling opportunities and assist in referring work to other departments where appropriate.
7. Attend firm events and networking opportunities to build relationships with clients and intermediaries.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies in your area of expertise.
