Candidate Consultant Full-time Based In New Malden We are currently looking for a Candidate Consultant to support our fantastic team based in our Surrey Office. Your daily role will be focused on recruiting candidates to work within primary/secondary and SEND schools all across Surrey and South West London. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about education and helping those find roles in education. You will be generating candidate recruitment via advertising, cv searches and other relevant professional media sources. You will be required to monitor job boards as well as generate referrals from our current candidate base. You will be supporting candidates with compliance, helping them with every step of our registration process.
