We are looking for individuals to join our team who can utilise their fantastic sales skills to find appropriate solutions for those who are managing their chronic condition.
This position is a consumer-focused role where you will need to be confident on the telephone with the ability to provide help within a range of clinical areas. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers, managing sample orders, guiding consumers on product choice(s) and use, and offering follow-up support. We work to the highest standards and levels of governance, where we will provide you extensive clinical training and development to help you succeed.
This is not a role where you will be cold calling. It is a rewarding job where we respond to issues people are having and find solutions for their needs.
You will need to be passionate to make a difference and will want to work for a Company that genuinely puts the individual's needs first.
We’d love to talk if you have a background in delivering on your performance targets or if you have transferable skills, with a proven track record in achieving/exceeding your sales targets. Ideally, you will come from a telesales background, an outbound calling role or a role where demanding targets have been set and achieved, but if you think you can offer what we are looking for then please get in touch. You will be a natural self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload, and will be comfortable giving and receiving feedback to ensure the service we offer is of the highest standard. Strong PC skills are also vital, along with real attention to detail to ensure all records are maintained to the highest standard.
On a personal level, this role requires excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate to everyone you come into contact with.
