About the role: As part of the Renewables Team, the Renewables Administrator will; · Identify and resolve issues within your area that affect generator/customer satisfaction and / or profitability. · Understand and investigate complex Contractual, Metering or Billing issues. · Support the team and department in the delivery of team and company objectives · Ensure allocated workflows are closed within service level agreements and highlight any issues to the appropriate team leader. · Develop and maintain a close relationship and a partnership approach with Supplier Agents, key generators, renewable developers, service providers, internal departments and industry counter parties. · Embrace a culture of compliance within this business area. Ensure your work is performed within industry regulations and in accordance with regulatory guidance. · Liaise with external parties such as Ofgem, Elexon and other Suppliers to ensure renewable sites are registered correctly for supply and any associated renewable schemes. Who we’re looking for: To be successful in this role you’ll ideally need to have: · Working knowledge of energy industry requirements, guidelines, processes and how they impact on operational and commercial performance · Proven experience of successfully creating and developing relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Strong numerical skills, ability to work accurately and to analyse data and experience of MS Office applications with a particular focus on MS Excel · Excellent telephone manner with the ability to quickly build a picture of the circumstances and needs · Show commitment to customer care and provide a market leading service • Be able to work well within a team and on your own initiative, in particular when escalating problems or issues • Respond positively to feedback and take an active interest in personal development • Have a flexible approach to working and the ability to cope with frequently changing environments • Experience of working towards targets Rewards and benefits: As you help us to shape the future, we’ve shaped our rewards and benefits to help you thrive and support your lifestyle.
