JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose of role
To assist the human resources team to provide support, coordination, and administration in the delivery of a full range of human resources services; including recruitment, on-boarding, and general human resources administration.
Main duties and responsibilities
Core objectives include:
1. Assist with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes, conducting and scheduling interviews, hiring, and following up with candidates.
2. Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date.
3. Assist the HR manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees.
The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.
Other duties
Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.

* Current Drivers License is required for this job.
