I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to join a leading healthcare/pharmaceutical organisation.
This is a 12-month contract which is likely to extend.

Brief Overview
Product Launch:
* Play a critical role in the launch of a product in a new indication.
* Drive the development and execution of marketing strategies and brand plans to support the product launch.
Campaign Development:
* Build and support the creation of innovative and effective campaigns and initiatives.
* Aim to build advocacy, grow sales, and increase market share in the UK and Ireland.
Performance Tracking:
* Track relevant KPIs and metrics to inform marketing activities.
* Review and adjust brand tactics per cycle based on key internal and external dynamics.
Material Development:
* Develop competitive and impactful materials for field use to advance our brand strategy.
* Work collaboratively to develop product promotional materials, seeking cross-functional input to maximise the impact of materials.
Key Skills & Experience
3-4 years brand management experience (either in-house or in a suitable agency role)
Good working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
Effective communication skills
