Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
Our Team
The team are known for their work in the Real Estate sector, specifically working on real estate disputes, with a particular focus on commercial and residential landlord and tenant litigation and acts for investors, developers, retailers and corporate occupiers managing their national property portfolios.
Your Role
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within an established and innovative team. You will have responsibility for both managing your own caseload and clients under supervision and assisting more senior members of the team with their cases. You will be required to provide preliminary advice and guidance to clients on cases as well as preparing letters and documents for court cases. Therefore, your drafting skills should be such that you can produce clear and accurate written work with ease.
