Job Title: Planner/Install Coordinator - Fire doors - Newcastle
Location: FULLY ONSITE MONDAY-FRIDAY
Salary: £26,000 per Annum
Purpose: The purpose of this role is to book fire door and fire stopping jobs, liaising with tenants or housing managers on passive fire contracts.
Key Responsibilities of the Fire Planner/Install Coordinator:
* Develop and update project schedules for fire stopping jobs and passive fire contracts.
* Send updated access details to operatives in the field.
* Coordinate with teams and clients to ensure efficient resource use.
* Monitor progress and report on timelines, delays, and issues.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements of the Fire Planner:
* 1+ year of experience in a planning role (fire experience preferred).
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in planning software and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of CRMS.
* Inbound and outbound call handling experience.
