WAREHOUSE LEAD - ONLINE FASHION BRAND - B2B / B2C MANCHESTER UP TO £30K Our client was established in 2017 is a highly respected apparel and accessory branded wholesale company in the UK. Due to their continued growth they are now looking to recruit an experienced B2B - E-COMMERCE WAREHOUSE LEAD from the e-commerce online industry to join their team based in Salford. This is an exciting opportunity to work on their brands across men’s, ladies and children’s clothing, underwear & accessories with our high street and online retailers. This role will be supervising 2 warehouse staff and responsible for all E-COMMERCE WAREHOUSE orders as the business grows strong and stronger each year. They are LINNWORKS systems so candidates need to be experienced with this systems, have managed a warehouse team and able to work in a fast paced and ever expanding B2B business. Responsibilities: Using LINNWORK system for all ecommerce orders B2C Managing a team of 2 warehouse however this team will be expanding over the next year Daily control of Inventory team, Goods In/Out & Systems departments to ensure stock integrity is kept at all time Ensure maintain audit standards To ensure goods in & goods out products complies with product specification Smooth running of a busy team, ensuring premiums orders is prioritized to ensure the sales team can produce all orders on time and hitting customer service Support the returns function ensuring all returns are processed and stock control maintained Accountability for meeting and exceeding targets and goals Manage the performance of your team both positive and developmental Participate / lead continuous improvement programs and operational development Maintain a high standard of stock control and stock reports, including monitoring of storage space and setting aside area’s for new stock Review and report on resource requirements against anticipated scheduling/future business plans/new products e.g. staffing levels, whilst factoring in process and efficiency improvements Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment and solve any issues as they arise Deal with a range of shipments e.g. Royal Mail, DHL ,Clipper and on a daily basis Responsible for ensuring all packaging /packing lists/delivery notes levels are maintained to fulfill all orders Accurately record and report sickness absence to HR Carry out all health & safety obligations; ensuring safe working conditions are maintained to a high standard including general housekeeping, training and use of equipment Carry out any other duties at the request of management Personal attributes and skills: Computer literate/ LINNWORKS experience D2C E-COMMERCE INDUSTRY Managing warehouse staff Goods in and out - supply chain from China and the Far East Stock takes Worked for a ecommerce / D2C fast paced business Strong leadership abilities, driving results through a team approach Ability to engage, coach and develop your team Ability to stay motivated throughout large seasonal changes in demand and staffing levels, and to keep team motivated Ability to challenge the ‘status-quo’ of the operation and implement plans to improve Strong organisational and management skills Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with people at any level Excellent decision-making abilities and ability to integrate and apply information. Genuinely enjoy multitasking and results orientated Committed to providing high levels of customer service Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Good numeracy and IT skills, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Punctual, honest and trustworthy full time permanent BENEFITS Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to £35K per annum DOE including company benefits scheme Schedule: Monday to Friday Based in Salford 37.5 hours a week, typical working day is 9-5:30 with an hour off for lunch but could be 8-4:30 for example Pension at 4% (employer matched) 25 days holiday which we wrap up as 20 days plus 5 ‘duvet days’ Plus bank holidays Plus birthday off Discretionary bonus at 4% of salary
