An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Estates Manager, PFI & Contracts to work within the Estates & Facilities department at Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust.
The successful candidate will support the Estates Manager, PFI & Contracts in the day to day management of 2 Hard FM PFI contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, key performance indicators, statutory and mandatory regulations and assist the Trust to fulfil its strategic and operational aims.
Applicants should have significant experience of the delivery of Estates & Facilities management services within a healthcare environment and have extensive knowledge of the management and monitoring procedures and methods of Estates & Facilities PFI contracts.
The postholder will support the Estates Manager, PFI & Contracts in overseeing the performance of contractors. In particular, ensure that Hard FM contracts are compliant with contract specifications, include pre-planned maintenance regimes and statutory and mandatory obligations and other regulatory requirements.
