We are currently hiring an Analyst – Structured Finance Portfolio Management
Supporting the Structured Finance team in the ongoing management of Structured Finance transactions including securitisations, subscription finance, and credit financing transactions. The role will work alongside the SF origination and structuring team in providing administrative support and the ongoing deal management, together with assisting with the ongoing portfolio oversight including involvement in credit reviews, audits, and ongoing portfolio covenant monitoring.
Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor portfolio performance and covenant compliance across the portfolio along with internal limit compliance and regulatory reporting.
* Manage timely preparation and analysis of regulatory and internal reporting for the structured finance exposures.
* Assist and support front office in the administration for deal renewals, amendments, and waivers for existing exposures including obtaining all internal approvals.
* Assess credit analysis of the overall transaction performance, providing insight and ongoing monitoring updates to senior management.
* Maintain HSBC Internal Control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
* Understand, follow, and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures that apply to the conduct of the structured finance business, specifically Internal Controls and any Compliance policy including inter alia, the Group Compliance policy.
Required Skills and Experience
* Previous background in securitisation and structured finance transactions.
* Background in portfolio management or transaction execution beneficial.
* Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
