We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance & Stock Admin Assistant to join our clients team. Reporting to the Finance & Admin Manager, the ideal candidate will take ownership of both Purchase Ledger and Stock Control Administration.
Key Duties
Stock Control:
1. Place purchase orders and maintain supply traceability.
2. Update and maintain spreadsheets.
3. Manage expenditure forecasts and products database.
4. Create new product records and set up trade prices.
5. Maintain supplier details and cost price database.
6. Handle stock adjustments.
Purchase Ledger (Finance)
1. Enter stock and purchase ledger invoices.
2. Update spreadsheets with expenditures.
3. Post payments to supplier accounts.
4. Reconcile supplier monthly statements and prepare payment runs.
Essential Criteria
1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & SAP
2. Organised, resourceful, and with an eye for detail.
Skills Required
1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2. Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Knowledge of accounting principles.
