The role focuses on promoting and selling container cold storage rental solutions to a diverse range of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual with a strong technical background in refrigeration systems to take ownership of sales development and relationship building in this niche market. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Identify and target potential customers in industries requiring container cold storage solutions. Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into opportunities. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, updating the CRM system regularly with accurate information. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional materials that support sales efforts. Technical Expertise: Possess a thorough understanding of container cold storage systems, including refrigeration units, insulation, and temperature control. Provide technical guidance to customers to identify and recommend the best solutions for their needs. Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and propose efficient solutions. Work with the engineering team to design and customize solutions based on customer specifications. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Conduct regular follow-ups and provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and maintenance advice. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Provide recommendations to the management team to enhance sales strategies. Internal Compliance and Development: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ethical standards, as well as industry regulations. Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and products. Align personal performance with business goals and participate in feedback and development processes. Skills and Experience Required: Qualification or applied experience in engineering or a related field is an advantage. Proven experience in sales, ideally within the container cold storage or refrigeration industry. Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and container cold storage solutions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building and negotiation. Self-motivated, target-driven, and experienced in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
