Your Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Using Stadler's training systems such as Employee Development System (EDS) and Shine (e-Learning).
2. Monitor group emails.
3. Process Training Request Form submissions promptly.
4. Liaise with internal and external training providers to arrange courses.
5. Provide feedback to requestors and local management.
6. Maintain records for each training course.
7. Prepare joining instructions for training courses.
8. Create and maintain course registers.
9. Ensure course feedback is completed, reviewed, and acted upon.
10. Maintain documentation structures.
11. Provide administrative support to local training teams for each site, requiring limited travel.
12. Assist in maintaining the training and competence budget, including creating purchase request forms, submitting supplier approvals, and completing purchases.
13. Assist in training development and delivery as needed.
What are we looking for?
1. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and oral.
2. Good organisational skills.
3. Able to use Microsoft Office applications including Power Point, Word and Excel.
4. GCSE 9/A*-4/C in both English and Maths.

We are looking to recruit a Training Administration Apprentice to assist with administrative tasks within the Training and Competence function for the UK. This role will be based at our Mann Island office in Liverpool City Centre. The successful candidate will receive support to complete their Business Administration Level 2/3 Apprenticeship. As part of this program, 20% of your working week will be dedicated to attending college and working on course assignments.
