Our client is looking for Junior, Mid and Senior/Principal level consultants to work with their clients within Defence and National Security. The Operating Model Consultants will work with clients to transform ways of working with focus on improving customer and employee experience, embedding agile and delivering cloud solutions in addition to strategic advisory and delivery expertise. Our client’s Technology Operating Model covers the following: Cloud/Technology Transformation, Operating Model design, Process re-design and Service design, so experience within one or more of these areas within a Secure environment is imperative This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week. You need to be happy with travelling to other locations as required. Key responsibilities Perform analysis, provide recommendations for Operational transformation within Government/Defence clients. Provide business transformation advice incorporating people, process and/or technology change. Develop vision and strategy along with transformation roadmap. Design and advise IT Operating Models, and Digital Operating Models. Understand, interpret, present and challenge technical and/or complex information to stakeholders. Understand the as-is and to-be for the organisation to create the optimal business architecture for successful strategy realisation in a digital age. Taking responsibility for the delivery of packages of work to adequate time and quality considerations. Contributing to business development and practice management activity, in conjunction with more senior team members. Skills & experience Experience of either Technology led transformation or complex Operating Model delivery within a Secure environment, ideally within consulting. Experience in the transformation of technology incorporating people, process and/or technology change. Experience of designing and delivering operating model, service design and/or digital transformation solutions. Traditional waterfall and agile delivery approaches. Leadership experience at more senior levels. Have a proven record of building strong relationships with others to reach successful outcomes. Additional benefits Holidays, starting at 25 days a year.
