About us:
We are a small, family-owned business with a friendly team looking for an enthusiastic full-time receptionist due to company expansion.
We are a busy MOT, repair and service garage, and also sell used cars from the same site.
The role:
Our receptionist needs to provide a positive impression as this is the first point of contact for our company, and they will also be required to support with administrative tasks to help with the smooth running of the garage.
This is a full time role, Monday - Friday; 9am-6pm (40 hours per week)
Duties include:
* Dealing with customers in person, on the telephone and via email/social media in a polite and professional manner.
* Dealing with suppliers via the telephone, ordering parts, liaising with the mechanics where required.
* Booking in jobs, raising invoices, taking payments, dealing with deliveries/ couriers/post.
* Other office adhoc duties when required such as filing, photocopying, errands, keeping the office clean & tidy throughout the day

Requirements
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Email etc.
* Ability to work within a team and communicate well but also work under your own initiative and ability to work independently.
