The Opportunity:
This is an exceptional career opportunity. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead their portfolio companies to new heights. This is a critical role with full P&L responsibility, offering the chance to drive transformative growth and margin enhancement across a diverse range of businesses. As CEO, you will work closely with the Managing Directors of their portfolio companies to optimize operations, implement best practices, and spearhead strategic initiatives. You will also be instrumental in identifying and integrating new acquisitions, fuelling their expansion and therefore helping deliver the firm’s highly ambitious 5 year growth plan.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the performance enhancement and profitability of their current and future portfolio companies.
* Provide strategic leadership and operational guidance to Managing Directors.
* Implement best-in-class operational processes and systems to maximise growth and cost out opportunities.
* Lead performance improvement management initiatives, ensuring accountability and driving results.
* Oversee successful integration of new “bolt-on” acquisitions, and the acquisition of standalone targets.
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the long-term sustainability of their portfolio companies.
* Report directly to the founder, providing regular updates on performance and strategic initiatives.
About You:
* Super intelligent, you have energy, ambition and a clarity of strategic thinking.
* You are an experienced leader with a strong background in the performance enhancement and growth of manufacturing and/or distribution and/or service sectors.
* You possess a proven track record of regularly and successfully improving and growing businesses. Additional experience of acquiring and integrating businesses would be highly desirable.
* You hold now or have held senior leadership positions such as CEO, Managing Director, or COO, with experience managing multiple business units and P&Ls, regularly achieving and exceeding your budgets / targets.
* You have familiarity and alignment with the methodologies of exceptionally high performing conglomerates.
* You are highly competitive, a strategic thinker and have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* You are a dynamic, charismatic and inspirational leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
* You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
