Our client is a leading firm specialising in high-end hospitality and retail fit-outs. They are currently engaged in major projects with Tier 1 companies and have a strong pipeline of work across the UK. We are seeking a Senior Site Manager to join their team and support ongoing and upcoming projects, including high-profile sites.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join the team in March to help manage key projects in the Southwest. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of large-scale hospitality and retail fit-outs, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, within timeframes and budgets. The Senior Site Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, manage site health and safety, and coordinate subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management: Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring that work is carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Leadership: Lead and motivate teams effectively, providing clear direction and ensuring that all staff members are working efficiently.
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
Health & Safety: Ensure that all health and safety requirements are adhered to on-site. Conduct regular health and safety checks and risk assessments.
Coordination: Work closely with subcontractors to coordinate work schedules, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Forward Planning: Support the planning and preparation of upcoming projects, particularly in relation to McDonald's and other ongoing works.
