Marketing Campaigns Co-ordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Campaigns Co-ordinator to join our wider team of 25 who are part of our growing and forward-thinking Marketing & Digital division. This is a 12-month fixed term contract for maternity leave cover.
About the role
This role will support and assist the Marketing Campaigns Consultant by coordinating the delivery of integrated, data-driven, multi-channel campaigns.
You'll write exciting campaign briefs and play a key role in the creative process delivering marketing collateral, webpages, and direct marketing as required. You will build strong relationships with channel owners across the division to ensure seamless campaign execution. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that every campaign stays on track, raising issues and risks proactively to keep us ahead of the game. Collaboration is key in our fast-paced environment, and you'll thrive as you liaise with third-party suppliers to support the delivery of campaigns to time, regulatory standards, and budget.
Your ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines will be crucial as you support a culture of 'test and learn,' constantly pushing the boundaries to drive continuous improvement.
About you
You have proven experience of supporting with the delivery of multi-media, integrated campaigns specifically direct mail and have worked in a similar role in a marketing environment. You are curious about data and ideally have experience of data-driven campaign selections and analysis. You are organized with the ability to multi-task and have excellent attention to detail. You have proven stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build strong working relationships both within a team and externally. An understanding of working in a regulated environment as well as GDPR is desirable.
