The role will be instrumental in bringing currently outsourced payrolls back into the Group.
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, this Payroll Manager role will be working for a group of companies that is fast growing. This role will be responsible for the transition and is an excellent development role for an experienced Payroll professional wanting to take that next step within a large and growing company.
Job Description:
* To manage the payroll function within the business, managing various companies within the group's payroll functions.
* To be instrumental in making changes within the business to integrate currently outsourced payrolls back to the internal payroll department, looking at costings and processes.
* To be proactive in implementing new legislation and to ensure that the business conforms to all up-to-date legislation.
* To manage the process for P11D's, P60's, P45's and associated payroll functions.
* Supervising the Payroll Assistant.
For the Payroll Manager role, it would be good to see candidates with:
* Sage payroll experience is ideal.
* Strong technical payroll knowledge.
* Up to date with payroll legislation.
* Experience working with timesheets.
* Previous supervisory experience.
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
