The post-holder will work in our public health team in the Directorate of Allied and Public Health in the School of health and Society. As the first University in the country to develop the Public Health Practitioner degree apprenticeship we are now looking to expand our team. The post holder should be able to deliver modules such as Health Protection; Designing, Developing and evaluating health improvement programmes; Commissioning, as well as support master’s students with dissertations. This contract is 3 days per week, with fixed days Monday/Tuesday and a negotiable third day. Key Responsibilities Deliver a range of teaching materials and modules, as well as marking and assessing work. Work with learners and apprentices in skills sessions to help them gain the direct skills required for the role Work with colleagues from across our School to share best practice knowledge and find opportunities to collaborate, where appropriate, to enhance the student experience and public health programmes.
